This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you browse our website, use our mobile application, interact with Bluffmaster fashion drops, participate in local buy & sell marketplace listings, browse verified B2B wholesale suppliers, and use in-app messaging.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect information necessary to deliver a safe, hyperlocal marketplace experience:

Account Information: Mobile phone number and secure 4-digit PIN (stored using industry-standard salted hashing). You may optionally provide your name and email address.
Listings & Media: Photos, item descriptions, prices, condition tags, and category choices you post to the Buy & Sell marketplace or B2B directory.
Location & Neighborhood: Your selected service area (e.g. Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida) to show deals within your local radius. We do not track continuous background GPS without your explicit permission.
Communications: Messages and enquiry threads sent through our private in-app chat. Your mobile number is never displayed to other users unless you deliberately share it.
Rewards & Transactions: D2L Coins earned, daily streak check-ins, unlock draws entered, and local boutique vouchers claimed.

To provide and maintain your account, guest mode, and profile preferences.
To connect buyers and sellers within the same neighborhood or city corridor.
To facilitate fashion product enquiries between shoppers and store stylists.
To credit welcome bonuses, streak multipliers, and rewards in the D2L wallet.
To detect fraud, prevent harassment, and enforce our Community Guidelines.

4. Zero Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Data is shared only with verified infrastructure providers (such as encrypted cloud storage and OTP services) strictly to operate the door2local platform.

5. Private In-App Messaging

Unlike traditional classifieds that expose your mobile number to public scrapers and scam calls, door2local protects your contact information. All initial negotiations, price offers, and product questions take place inside our monitored in-app chat.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

You can edit your profile and listings anytime directly in the app.
You can request complete deletion of your account and associated data through the in-app Delete Account screen or by emailing our data team.
We retain data only as long as your account is active or required for legal compliance.

7. Security Safeguards

We employ encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, secure AWS S3 presigned storage for media, and role-based access control. No internet transmission is 100% impenetrable, but we maintain proactive security practices.
