1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the door2local (D2L) mobile application, website, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Eligibility & Regional Focus

door2local is designed for urban communities, currently focusing on Chandigarh Tri-city (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur) and Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad). Users must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to list items or trade.

3. Marketplace Listings & User Conduct

When posting items for sale or wanted requests on door2local, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the item or have the legal right to sell it.
• All photos, descriptions, prices, and condition ratings are genuine and truthful.
• You will not post counterfeit goods, stolen property, illegal substances, weapons, or fraudulent offers.
• You will treat fellow neighbors, buyers, and sellers with dignity and respect.

4. Offline Transactions & Safety

door2local provides discovery, video stories, and private in-app chat to connect neighbors. Unless explicitly stated, we are not an escrow agent or a party to peer-to-peer cash transactions. We strongly recommend meeting in broad daylight in public places (such as sector markets or shopping centers) and inspecting goods before completing payment.

5. Bluffmaster Fashion Catalogue & Store Enquiries

The Bluffmaster fashion section is a curated showcase operated by door2local — not a multi-seller fashion marketplace. Tapping “Enquire” opens a direct chat with our shop team for sizing, reservations, and local pickup. Orders are placed only through this enquiry flow.

6. B2B Wholesale Directory

Registered B2B suppliers represent legitimate business entities with physical warehouses or manufacturing facilities. Business profiles must maintain accurate GST registration numbers and transparent minimum order quantities (MOQ).

7. D2L Rewards Program

D2L Coins are community engagement points awarded for signups, daily logins, posting items, and referring neighbors. Coins have no direct cash surrender value and can only be redeemed for unlock draws, featured listing boosts, or partner vouchers as outlined in the app. We reserve the right to revoke coins earned through automated bots or fraudulent abuse.

8. Content Moderation & Account Suspension

Our moderation team reserves the right to remove any listing, story, or user account that violates these terms, harms community trust, or attempts fraud.

9. Limitation of Liability

door2local is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, door2local and its operators disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from peer-to-peer user transactions.
